What We Collect

Fursati collects the information needed to provide job-search support, including your CV, name and contact details if included in your CV, WhatsApp number, email if provided, target role, target city, selected package, payment/order details, and notes you submit.

How We Use Your Information

• Review your CV and understand your job-search goals.
• Find and rank suitable Saudi-focused job opportunities.
• Prepare a tailored CV, cover letter, and job summary.
• Contact you about your order through WhatsApp or email.
• Process payment, support requests, and service quality checks.

AI and Manual Review

Fursati may use AI tools and manual review to process CVs, evaluate job fit, and draft job-search materials. Outputs are reviewed for quality before delivery where the package includes review.

Sharing

We do not sell your CV or contact details. We may share data with service providers needed to operate Fursati, such as payment, storage, AI processing, and communication tools. If you choose to join the optional candidate pool, we may share relevant professional information with employers looking for similar candidates.

Payments

Payment card details are processed by the payment provider. Fursati does not store full card details on its own systems.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Your Rights, Retention, and Deletion

We keep order information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, support, record keeping, and legal or payment-related requirements. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional candidate-pool consent by contacting hello@fursati.ai.

تجمع فرصتي البيانات اللازمة لتقديم خدمة دعم البحث عن الوظائف، مثل السيرة الذاتية، رقم واتساب، البريد الإلكتروني إن وجد، المجال أو المسمى المستهدف، المدينة، الباقة المختارة، بيانات الطلب والدفع، وأي ملاحظات ترسلها.

نستخدم هذه البيانات لمراجعة سيرتك، البحث عن فرص مناسبة في السعودية، إعداد السيرة وخطاب التعريف وملخص الوظائف، والتواصل معك بخصوص الطلب. قد نستخدم أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي ومراجعة يدوية لإنجاز الخدمة.

لا نبيع سيرتك أو بيانات تواصلك. قد نشارك البيانات مع مزودي الخدمة اللازمين للتشغيل مثل الدفع والتخزين ومعالجة الذكاء الاصطناعي والتواصل. تتم معالجة بيانات البطاقة البنكية عبر مزود الدفع، ولا نخزن بيانات البطاقة الكاملة لدينا.

نستخدم إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية البيانات، لكن لا توجد خدمة إلكترونية تضمن الأمان الكامل. يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تعديلها أو حذفها أو سحب موافقة الانضمام الاختياري لقاعدة المرشحين عبر hello@fursati.ai.
