Refund Policy

Before Work Starts

If you paid but Fursati has not started reviewing your CV or preparing your materials, you may request cancellation and refund by contacting hello@fursati.ai as soon as possible.

After Work Starts

Once CV review, job search, writing, or matching work has started, refunds may be limited because the service is personalized and time-based.

After Delivery

After tailored documents or job summaries are delivered, payments are generally non-refundable. If there is a clear delivery mistake, missing item, or technical issue, contact us and we will review the case. When appropriate, Fursati may resend the deliverables, correct the issue, or review refund eligibility.

What Is Not Refundable

• Not receiving an interview or job offer.
• An employer not responding.
• A job closing after delivery.
• Changing your mind after personalized work has been completed.

How to Request Review

Email hello@fursati.ai with your name, WhatsApp number, package, payment date, and reason for the request. We will review the request and respond with the next step.

سياسة الاسترداد

إذا تم الدفع ولم يبدأ العمل على مراجعة السيرة أو تجهيز الملفات، يمكنك طلب الإلغاء والاسترداد عبر hello@fursati.ai في أقرب وقت.

بعد بدء العمل على الطلب، قد يكون الاسترداد محدودًا لأن الخدمة مخصصة وتعتمد على وقت وجهد مخصصين لكل عميل. وبعد تسليم الملفات أو ملخص الوظائف، تكون المبالغ غالبًا غير قابلة للاسترداد.

إذا حدث خطأ واضح في التسليم أو نقص في الملفات أو مشكلة تقنية، يمكن لفرصتي إعادة إرسال الملفات أو تصحيح المشكلة أو مراجعة أهلية الاسترداد حسب الحالة. عدم الحصول على مقابلة أو عرض وظيفي، أو عدم رد صاحب العمل، أو إغلاق الوظيفة بعد التسليم لا يعتبر سببًا تلقائيًا للاسترداد.
